Avocado and banana breakfast smoothie

I’m continuing my quest on healthy breakfasts. Can’t have kale every morning so today’s brekkie was a banana and avocado smoothie with chia, sunflower and pumpkin seeds and a spoonful of raw honey with a side of Sicilian blood orange…

 

 

Ingredients:

  • avocado
  • banana
  • whatever seeds or nuts you fancy
  • local raw organic honey
  • oranges
