Crispy squid with lemon

Quick lunch of fresh squid rings tossed in flour and fried crispy in rapeseed oil. There’s not much more to add to that other than it’s delicious! The kids love it and even my non fish eater child eats this. The truth is that I couldn’t resist to make some for lunch whilst they were in school, which I ate just like that with my fingers in a sunny spot in the garden. I saved enough for dinner though and we had them with pickled ginger, soy and fluffy rice. Tonight I might make something similar with chicken wings and lots of honey and ginger…

Ingredients:

  • squid
  • flour
  • lemon
  • parsley
  • salt & pepper
  • rapeseed oil
