Fruit and nut breakfast

I love breakfast. Not a rushed early morning one, but a nice quiet calm one; after the kids have been dropped off at school. Ten minutes of lone indulgence before e-mails need to be read, deadlines met and phone calls returned. I have a narrow repertoire, it’s either eggs in various shapes and forms or something that goes with coconut milk. This morning it was fruit with nuts and seeds. Yum!

Raspberries and bananas with hazelnuts, almonds, chia and pumpkin seeds. And with that, matcha tea for extra zen…

  • Raspberries and bananas
  • Coconut milk
  • Almonds and hazelnuts
  • Chia and pumpkin seeds
