This is not my first peach post… there have been fried peaches, grilled and caramelised peaches… and this might not be the last post either! They are just too good and we might have developed a slight addiction… It has even become a tradition now; every time we have barbecue guests over – we have caramelised peaches and cream for pudding.
We simmered the peaches in Chambord, sugar and herbs in a cast iron pan on the bbq for about 20 minutes. The smell was amazing. Half way in we added strawberries and red currants.
Topped with edible flowers, chopped up almonds and a swirl of cream… this has got to be the best pudding ever!
