Seared tuna with sesame and nigella seeds and a chilli and coriander dipping sauce. Once in a while, Simon, our local fish monger, has sushi grade tuna that is impossible to resist. A perfect dish for lunch or a starter, so tasty and so healthy! I love eating like this and can’t get enough of the freshly grated raw wasabi.
The tuna was fried in hot coconut fat for 30 seconds each side. Can’t wait to make this again tonight for the kids, they will love it!
