This spicy and minty green tea with ginger and chilli is my new best friend. Green tea can be a bit bland so I like to spice it up a bit; flavour it some more with bigger and bolder flavours. I am very lucky to have a Japanese friend that sends me the most wonderful Sencha from Japan. It’s so fresh, it’s leaves so tender that you can chew them and eat them once you get to the bottom of your cup. You can get some great quality Sencha over here as well though.
